30-day return window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email info@petkitkingdom.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
- Changed your mind: you pay return shipping.
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: we cover return shipping, or refund without requiring the return for low-value items.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.
What we cannot refund
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged by use, modification, or improper installation
- Personalised or made-to-order items, unless faulty
- Items lost in transit where tracking confirms delivery to the address you gave us
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once tracking is issued, the return process applies.
